Had an incredible experience with King Bailey at the Sandy Sansing Pensacola hgwy 29 location. I was dreading buying another car but Mr King made the process quick and painless and completely stress free. He listened to the situation I found myself in and knew exactly what I needed to get done, and without any pressure, we were driving out our 2023 nissan. My experience with Sandy Sansing Nissan has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with.
Our 2022 Nissan Pathfinder (VIN: 5N1DR3CA8NC253*** ) suffered a catastrophic engine failure at around 70,000 miles, barely outside of the powertrain warranty. An engine failure on a vehicle this new should never happen.
When we purchased the vehicle, the dealership strongly pushed us to purchase a $3,000 “million mile warranty.” When the engine failed, that warranty company denied the claim. I was downsizing my vehicle from a Scatpack Charger to a Rogue (same year, 2023) because I am getting too old to be driving that kind of vehicle. Went to Sandy Sansing Nissan and test drove car. I had scheduled an appointment for my vehicle in June to have my brakes checked because I could hear “squealing” when I had my foot on the brake in reverse. I was told at the appointment that my brakes were fine and I have “10k-15k miles to go” before needing new ones. My most recent visit was because I now hear grinding instead of a squeal at 2k miles. Have been with this dealership for 25 yrs. Great service polite employees. Have one complaint I always pay my bill for oil change with a credit card. Well, this time there was a service charge for using a credit card!! That’s outrageous! So I got a credit to my card and wrote a check. I will not pay any service charges for using my credit card! On an $80 bill. If I had a huge charge I understand that.
Staff is always very friendly and helpful, our vehicle was handled with the utmost care, with oil change and tire rotation.

Sandy Sansing Nissan recently serviced our 2017 Nissan Pathfinder! Oil change, tire rotation and rear brakes. The service was completed in record time and the charge was very reasonable! They washed and vacuumed out our SUV! Service Rep Danielle was with us through the process and gladly answered our questions! She also stayed late with us until the job was finished! Everyone hates car shopping. I went in to look at the Nissan Kicks. I reviewed them on line, they looked like a good vehicle for the price. It seemed a bit smaller than I expected so the salesman suggested the Rogue. I found one that I liked but was a bit concerned about it fitting in my garage and there was a sensor notification while I was test driving. Was given a free oil change at the point of purchase ( Sandy Sansing Nissan Pensacola ) with the purchase of my vehicle.
I live in Foley Alabama. I tried to use the free oil change in the Foley Alabama Sandy Sansing location and was declined.
Come on corporate…. Something as minor as an oil change and it can’t be transferred between the two Sandy Sansing Nissan locations????
So I drove the two hours it took to go to the Pensacola location and back for my first oil change.

Fast efficient service. I always take my nissan to the express oil change and have not felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need.
